· Implementation of performance dashboards to analyze and measure performance of 600+ applications supporting large wholesale banking function at Wells Fargo. System started with PerformancePoint 2007 and migrated to Office SharePoint 2010, including PerformancePoint Services, SharePoint and Reporting Services 2008. Also integrating Visio 2010 diagrams with scorecards via PerformancePoint Strategy Maps. Backend db is SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services and SharePoint lists.
· Team Lead representing customer for MS Office TAP program focusing on SharePoint 2010 and PerformancePoint Services. Implementation and utilization of SharePoint 2010 from beta to RC and RTM.
· Implementation and integration of PerformancePoint Planning with MS Dynamics GP 10 (Great Plains). Development and automation of ETL using SSIS from GP source to PPS. Income Statement and Balance Sheet reporting via PPS Excel, and forecast input forms for monthly budget updates.
· SSAS cube development in both SQL 2005 and 2008 for financial planning and operational performance metrics.
· Managed and participated in multiple PPS engagements, including POC’s, workshops and implementations for multiple organizations, mostly Fortune 500 companies.

· Area Developer for northern Florida and franchise owner and operator of eBay drop off store in Central Florida. Grew flagship store from concept to profitability in 4 months. Managed all aspects of store opening, from site location to opening, marketing and operations. Awarded Operational Excellence for all Florida stores in 2005.
· Designed and implemented Performance Management System for 17 franchised eBay drop-off stores in Florida, utilizing SQL Server 2000 and Reporting Services.
· Installed and managed Windows Small Business Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Outlook and Sharepoint Portal for multiple users including all security and internet/intranet connectivity. Maintained 100% business up time.
· Implemented and extended internet portal applications for multiple clients ranging from independent retail shops to statewide organizations and worldwide road building contractors. Included fully automated, data driven web applications customized to each client’s specifications.
· Developed, upgraded and maintained websites for multiple customers including template enhancement, html coding and search engine optimization (SEO) and reporting. SEO efforts include search engine submissions, directory listings, site optimization, Google Adword campaigns and monthly reporting.
· Developed venture capital plans and extensive financial models for startup and established regional airlines.

· Developed and implemented web based Business Performance Reporting (BPR) system providing the company with high level decision support framework. Interfaced with Executive, Operational, Financial and Business Intelligence groups to develop and foster partnering across diverse teams.
· Managed technical and functional analysts supporting Planning and Operating departments for the entire company.
· Facilitated definition of BPR system utilizing “Balanced Scorecard” methodologies, including strategy mapping and goal alignment to technical data sourcing issues. Coordinated efforts with all Operating departments from executive level to team leads. Bridged communication and data sourcing efforts with Technology.
· Managed delivery of Finance department corporate intranet website.
Senior Consultant, SAS Performance Management- SAS Institute Inc., Miami, FL, Washington, DC - 2000 - 2002.
· Performed as Technical Lead on ABC/M (Activity Based Costing/Management) Implementation for the Acquisition Life Cycle of complex DoD (Department of Defense) command. Led collection, integration and structure of data into system. Conducted interviews with and presented analysis to senior level executives.
· Led multi-year project with DoD to build Enterprise wide Strategic Readiness System utilizing Balanced Scorecard methodologies. Managed all aspects of prototype implementations at three significant installations over 8 months. Facilitated determination of metrics to define military readiness at all levels. Mapped complex relationships of 11 primary Business Area metrics to top-level strategy. Application designed utilizing MS .Net framework.

· Created and managed system to measure performance of Aircraft Maintenance Division.
· Designed and implemented “dashboard” performance metrics measuring delays and cancellations, service interruptions and customer impact. Significant performance improvements upon implementation of system.
· Managed all aspects of corporate wide budgeting database conversion. Included design, implementation, interfacing with multiple platforms, training and rollout of application to 25+ user group.
· Conducted financial evaluation of $43 million proposal from General Electric Engine Services (GEES) to install new cores on engines. Efforts generated $12 million reduction from GEES proposal.
· Designed and managed financial modeling to evaluate $2.5 billion engine maintenance contract, facilitating savings of $220 million over 10 years.

· Forecasted and tracked capital and expense budgets for Real Estate, Property Management, Design/Construction and Environmental departments.
